Not sure if this helps identify "mikka", but I thought I would see if we can get some more information from her passport.
So I take the original passport image and then overlay it with a higher resolution random passport image. By varying the opacity of the high res passport I can guess the following information from the blurry passport image based on the good image:

Its a USA passport - the graphics match
The surname is about 5 characters long
Their given name is from 7 to 9 character long
Their nationality is "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"
The place of birth appears to be a fairly short state name (6 characters?) , USA (Note that they are not from Mass. - that is just the state that was on the sample passport)
There is an endorsement on the passport - not sure if all USA passports have this

Its kind of hard to see this with jpgs - If anyone wants the PS files to look at this further - let me know.

I guess we don't know? That could just be some kind of a model shot or something. We don't know yet whether or not he is involved with cowboys, horses, rodeos at all.
