Thanks Alenaveda! The souvlaki stand is just south of Nea Irakleia here.

What we know so far:

Looks like the clue is printed on the souvlaki wrapper Kim & Penn throw away in the sneak peek. If you pause as she's folding it, you can see "Cho" or "Cha" (Chalkidiki?)

We'll find out in a few hours anyway.
